Two small Apartment blocks with 11 and 8 Studios respectively, situated 30 metres away from each other, in the corner with the charming Rua da Carreira, close to the ´ Funchal Centrum´ building-complex and English Church but still quiet enough to enjoy your holiday.

All Studios with 1 or 2 bedrooms, are discreet, comfortably furnished and have kitchen, bath or shower, radio, cable TV, direct dial telephone, safety box and some have balconies.

Within 5 – 10 minutes walking distance, you can reach the Cathedral, Fish Market, shopping centre, Park, Garden, Busses, Museums and a lot of small Restaurants and Bars.

All public areas like Reception, Lounge/ breakfast room and a nice Coffee Shop are in São Paulo.

Both houses have roof terrace with panoramic views over the Town including the nice Forte do Pico, Mountains and sea.

Daily cleaning with towels is provided and the Staff is friendly and always does their utmost to make your holiday a memorable one.
