Maritime beach
Also known as Vau Beach, the Bom Sucesso Beach is located on the south shore of the Óbidos Lagoon, near the bar.
With an unusual shape, the sand comes from the east to the bar of the lagoon, where it becomes wider and goes around the cliff, continuing south for about 1 km. The sea is rough, but inside the lagoon the waters are calm, except during high tide near the bar, where strong currents may form.
