Vale Furado is a small, mostly seasonal community with a Beach much smaller than its neighbours.

The car park also serves as a viewpoint taking in not only the profile of the coastline below but also more unusual features such as the way nature has shaped these cliffs. From here, there are two routes down to the beach with the option on the right far easier as the left takes you down a steep and twisting slope next to a stream that ends in a small waterfall.

Despite not having a lifeguard and only the most minimal of support infrastructures, the quality of the Beach and its surrounding landscape is unquestionable.
