In the middle of Minho, somewhere between V. N. Famalicão and Braga, a former barn with three hundred years, restored with the utmost respect for indigenous materials and appreciation of popular techniques with contemporary solutions, boldness and simplicity, is the perfect stage for the cuisine of Dalila and Renato Cunha, as well reflects the ingredients that give it the tone. With a ceiling height of 6 feet, the imposing walls of granite, portuguese cobblestone floor and roof trusses with pine are elements which dispenses with bare ribs motifs. The contemporary elements integrate unobtrusively with the original structure, predominantly white lightly and in strengthening the identity of space, some panels of weathering steel. At the back of the room, a huge fireplace suspended warms bodies and souls to about 40 diners.

Dalila and Renato, owners and leaders self-taught, are very attentive to what is done in Portugal and the World, looking for a training broadband, based either on prescription popular both in fine dining. Research, sweating, reflection, inspiration, deconstruction, intuition and passion condiments are always present in this cuisine, based on traditional portuguese products, with special focus on the reinvention of popular cuisine.
