The Fado House Café Luso has a huge prestige, national and international, and its history is melted with the one of Fado, because a large number of important singers was there. Located at Bairro Alto, one of the most typical zones in Lisbon, Café Luso is based on the beautiful Palace of Saint Roque, which survived to the earthquake in 1755.
Among the dishes the suggestions go to: Grilled Grouper with Clams in Garlic and Coriander Sauce, Gratinated Cod-Fish with Creamy Cheese, Prawns in Tomato Rice, Stuffed Fillet of Veal with Spinach and Sausage, Grilled Veal Medallions with a strip of Bacon and Grilled Black-Pig Fillet-Steak.
