This Typical Douro House is part of an estate largely given over to the production of Port, Table wine and olive oil.

Casal Agricola de Cevêr, located in Douro - World Heritage region, is situated next to National road nº 2, in Santa Marta de Penaguião, 1h and 15 min form Oporto (A4 and IP4). This 19 th century house was restored recently to provide comfortable accommodation. Four of the guest bedrooms, the dining room and other guests facilities are set in the ground floor. The first floor is fully occupied by a suite with splendid views over the vineyards. All rooms have private bathroom. Under the house, there is a impressive wine cellar, were the guests are invited to taste the wines form the oak vats, and the billiard room. The house is surrounded by gardens and the roman swimming pool. Private parking place.
