LUGGit works through a mobile application, available on the iOS and Android operating systems, and allows tourists to request drivers to collect and deliver luggage to the place and time they wish. How it works: The mobile application's operation is very intuitive and very similar to a mobility company like Uber or Bolt. The customer selects the place of collection, how many bags he wants to see collected, and the place and delivery time. That said, you will receive, in your mobile application, information about who is the driver responsible for the collection as well as information related to the vehicle (such as license plate, color, model, and make). Safety: Once the driver meets the customer, all luggage will be sealed with a single volume buckle that will allow the customer access to real-time information about where and with whom their luggage is during the time they are at the expense of LUGGit. The service is covered by standard insurance (without the customer needing to activate any clause). The standard insurance assumes that each volume (be it small, large, or out of shape) is insured in the amount of 500 €. The customer can also ensure each volume at 1200 €, by paying an extra 2 € for each volume.
