In the middle of the Douro River, in the Marco de Canaveses district, the Bitetos river beach is located in a place that used to be used as a jetty by the rabelo boats that transported the wine barrels between the farms and the cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia.
The beach has very pleasant sands with good support facilities and accessibility for everyone to enjoy this space.
