Quinta das Aveleiras is situated in the Upper Douro, on the slopes of Reboredo Mountains, at the entrance to the historic Town of Vila de Torre de Moncorvo. Due to its location the Quinta enjoys a magnificent panoramic view.
The Rural Tourism complex of Quinta das Aveleiras, is made up of three houses, Pombal, Casa da Serra and Casa Branca which have been restored and adapted to this kind of Tourism. There is also a tennis court and a small stone tank where wine is still made using the old process. The Quinta can be crossed on horseback, by bycicle or on foot. Half way up the slope you will find a small garden built in a romantic style, dating back to the 19th century.
