Lovely Ria is an organization devoted to the development of tourism activities aimed on promoting and preserving the arts and crafts of one of the most unique regions of the world.

Located in the midwest of the Iberian Peninsula, between sea and mountains, is an unrivaled lagoon area, which holds unique conditions, with great biodiversity that throughout 45km offers landscapes of rare beauty.

Aveiro, a region where we can feel the salty air of the ocean followed by a fantastic sunset, the freshness of the morning on a walk in the mountains, the colorful tiles in extraordinary houses, typical boats, the sweet of the “Ovos Moles”, the codfish and the “Leitão à Bairrada”, the fowls, the salt…

This unique location extends over an area surrounded by sea and mountains, being owner of one of the loveliest geomorphologic accidents, the Ria de Aveiro. Due to its characteristics and so unmistakable natural beauty, this wetland area has severel environmental protection classifications since, along its lagoon system, there are unique habitats for fauna and flora.
