Academies

The academy is equipped with a 35-bay driving range, floodlit and roughly 180 metres long, with three target greens. There is also a 9-hole pitch and putt course. Each of the holes is a par 3 and they vary between 30 and 60 metres in length.

The Golf Academy is a perfect complement to your stay at Quinta das Lágrimas, as it provides both parents and children with the chance to enjoy an additional leisure activity in a unique natural setting.

If you are not a golfer, why not take advantage of a few days in Coimbra to begin learning? If you already play golf, you´ll find that this is the ideal place for improving your game. The high-quality teaching that is offered to visitors includes specific programmes for beginners and experienced players, either as individuals or in groups (there are golf clinics for companies or other organisations).

The Academy provides special golfing holidays, with 3-5 day courses, clinics and demonstrations. Its teachers are all professionals with recognised qualifications from the English PGA.
