Ribeira Grande House of Culture
Installed in the former manor house of São Vicente, built in the 18th century, the Ribeira Grande House of Culture presents ethnographic and azulejo tile collections to the general public, dating from the 16th to 20th centuries.
The collections include a curious crib that belonged to the parish priest, Evaristo Carreiro Gouveia and an 18th century statue of São Vicente de Ferreira and a carved woodwork altarpiece in the manor house's Chapel.
