The golden sand and calm blue sea best characterise the Três Castelos Beach located right by its more famous neighbour Praia da Rocha to which it is connected by a passageway carved through the rocks on its easterly limit.
To the west, the Beach borders the small Careanos Beach, with both backed by a tall cliff that is well worth walking in order to take in this landscape from a bird's eye perspective.
