Barcadouro is a tourism event company with our leading product being Cruises on the River Douro.
They began operations back in March 1996 and currently run three vessels: the "Pirata Azul" with a capacity for 250 passengers, the 200 capacity "Infanta" and the "Srª. do Douro" for 100 passengers. The quality of on board service has gained the highest level compliments from all those who have experienced it be it on board for a voyage up the marvellous River Douro or during any one of the huge range of lunches, dinners, weddings, congresses, fashion shows and every possible kind of meeting since hosted.
