Located in Unhais da Serra village in communion with the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, the H2otel is a built from scratch mountain hotel, architecturally integrated into the landscape, allowing an intimate connection with nature. "... the image of a large mountain hotel with allusions of a traditional language in a contemporary concept..." (Architect Jorge Palma, 2011)

The H2otel Congress Medical Spa has 85 rooms, including 22 suites and penthouses, now with a biophilic design, integrated with the landscape of the Alforfa Glacier Valley on the southwestern slope of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park.

The restaurant offers the riches and flavors of a high mountain cuisine, always with healthy choice proposals witch are specially prepared to suit the guest's needs, if requested in advance.

It also has approximately 1000 m2 of Congress, Meeting and Banqueting Rooms; a Lounge, a Lounge Bar with a terrace, a Gourmet Shop, a Games Room "Media Center" and a large outdoor and covered Car Park with electric chargers.

The H2otel Congress Medical Spa also includes a Wellness Center called AQUADOME, made up of four large areas: AquaTermas, the most modern spa center in Portugal, where the treatment of respiratory diseases are highly specialized; AquaFitness, a complete and totally renovated gym; AquaCorpus, for a encounter between body and mind, combining high aesthetics with oriental therapies; and the AquaLudic, is an innovative set of indoor and outdoor dynamic hot water pools, themed with a Celtic circuit.
