Quinta do Adamastor
Quinta do Adamastor is located in the village of figueiró da Serra, district of Gouveia, in the heart of the Natural Park of Serra da Estrela. This cottage makes frontier with Linhares da Beira, the historical village of the XII century; it was recovered from an old house of a Lord from the beginning of the XIX century. The delight decoration, ceilings, tiles and hand painted walls, all express the nature in its splendors. The Salão Natura, duly equipped, also allows company meetings or receptions.
With a magnificent view to the gardens and the mountain, the Quinta do Adamastor, presents 11 double rooms and a junior suite constituted of 2 double rooms, living room with fireplace and kitchenette, that gives a familiar comfort to its guests. All the rooms are provided with air-conditioned, central heating, privative bathroom, hair drier, safe, mini-bar, telephone, satellite TV with DVD.
You will lose yourself in the hiding places of our luxurious gardens, where centenaries trees, along with luminous fountains and crystalline water streams, recreate a majestic, cool and pleasant space. In the exterior you can enjoy the climate swimming pool, encircled with magnificent hand painted tiles, or cycling in to the mountains. Placed in the old wine-cellar, the Restaurant is an ample and welcoming space where you will be delighted with our specialties.
