Monte do Álamo is the result of a wish to recover and maintain a country house in a traditional rural environment. Almond, carob and olive trees among other autochthonous shrubs and plants involve you in the scents and colours of a typical Algarve farm where the produce can still be considered part of Algarve’s richness. With the least impact in mind, we recovered and adapted the vestiges of past farming activities. A mere kilometre away from the ancient and historical Tavira, you can enjoy a privileged panoramic view of the city and sea to the south, and rolling hills to the north.
