Restaurants and Cafés

Amaranto exists to serve the tourism and region. The restaurant in the main road has a capacity for 140 places and a panoramic varanda over the city. The modern snack-bar always has fresh shellfish, "Francesinhas", special hot-dogs, regional snacks and suppers and service of economic meals.
The ice-creams are made by the "house". There are rooms for banquets, parties, social contacts and other events. There are indoor and outdoor car parks. The restaurant is located near swimming-pools, gym and fluvial beach.
The restaurant is open from 12h00 to 15h00 and from 19h00 to 23h00. The snack-bar is open from 9h00 to 24h00. It is located in the centre of the city, on the exit of IP4 and A4. It is near all services, the "Amadeo de Souza Cardoso" Museum, the Monastery and Bridge of S. Gonçalo and Amaranto Hotel.
The Banquet Service is in a special room or at a farm (inside the city) with a chapel, close to the river Tâmega.
