The Restaurante Xôpana opened recently, in 2002, at the same time as the Choupana Hills resort.  Its characteristic decoration was designed by the renowned interior decorator Didier Lefort, who was also responsible for the decoration of the acclaimed Datai Hotel in Malaysia and the Meridien in Bora-Bora. All its component features respect the Asian and African influence that Choupana Hills wanted to bring to its interior. Within these special surroundings the chef, Gilles Galli, gives free rein to all his creativity and experience, providing truly pleasurable occasions for those who choose the Xôpana as the perfect place to eat.
