Cimas is a Family Traditional Restaurant established in 1952. Situated at a handsome building with an old architecture facade it offers a privileged location, with beautiful panoramic views of the Cascais and Estoril Bay.
The cuisine wonders the clients, who may choose several house specialities, ranging from traditional Portuguese food to international and refined dishes. We may single out the Baked Sea-Bass with Clams, the Cray Fish au gratin, and the game specialities like the Partridge with Madeira Wine or the emblamatic Woodcock Flambé. The Wine Cellar, with 20.000 bottles, is a priceless treasure, where all wine regions are thouroughly represented, bearing the most important vineyards and some novelties.
