River beach
Located on the River Mondego, Reconquinho river beach is about 1.5km from the town of Penacova, from which it is easily accessible, by walking down a hill. Surrounded by a predominantly green natural landscape, the beach is close to a campsite and has a full support infrastructure. The beach is connected to the other side of the river by a wooden footbridge which is a popular place to dive from.
