Azores Provides Contemporary Architecture Itinerary

The Architectural Itinerary of the Azores is a digital platform launched by the Azores Branch of the Association of Architects.

The itinerary includes 51 buildings constructed and completed in the Azores since 1950, located on eight of the archipelago’s nine islands. Available in Portuguese and English, the itinerary provides pictures and information about each of the buildings, in particular the location, date of construction, architect and a short background text on the building.

The itinerary will be part of the region’s promotional website,  Visitazores.com , and it can also be accessed at http://roteiroarquitectura.pt/.
