The Solar is Quinta Do Sobral's main building (in Portuguese "Solar"). The grand new construction in traditional Portuguese style offers all modern conveniencies in idyllic rural surroundings.
The spacious en-suite double rooms with central heating, air-conditioning, Sat-TV and free WIFI all have an entrance from the garden side.There are 4 rooms altogether. In addition, there is a lovely interior garden in the classic Roman style. Here breakfast is being served – or in the dining room inside the house.
The estate is beautifully situated within the hills of central Portugal, within the historic triangle, peacefully situated in an idyllic and rural landscape, even though only 10 minutes' walk to the centre of Figueiró dos Vinhos.
