The Vinhais de Sá House is a country house located in the village of Lamalonga, municipality of Macedo de Cavaleiros, within the Terras de Cavaleiros Geopark (Terras de Cavaleiros, Geopark Mundial da UNESCO) and the Azibo Reservoir (Albufeira do Azibo).

It’s perfect to spend a few days in complete harmony with nature. Explore by foot or riding a bike, nooks where you will only be able to hear the birds, and contemplate stunning breath-taking landscapes, waterfalls, fields of olive trees and vineyards. If you are up to it, you can even participate, with the locals, in the harvest of these crops. But if your “thing” is just relaxing, doze off under a mighty, sparkly sky. In the summer, the high temperatures invite you to take a trip to the Azibo reservoir, which has been awarded the European Blue Flag for several consecutive years, or any other beach, all of them pollution-free. You can engage in water sports, hiking, hunting, fishing, or simply visit cities and towns with charming traditions and people. All of this after a good night’s sleep in the comfort of the house and a reinvigorating “Transmontano” breakfast. We do not forget your furry companion; your dog or your cat also has a place within us, if you want to bring them along. They will be well taken care after.
