Located on the first floor of the Tivoli theatre building and emboldened by its high ceilings
and its hundred-year-old history, the JNcQUOI Restaurant has a capacity of 90 seats with views over the Avenida da Liberdade.
 
The open kitchen at the very centre of the dining room is where the finishing touches of eachcourse are applied, courtesy of Chef António Bóia: Portuguese and international staples with the Jncquoi refinement and a special attentionto the quality of ingredients, favouring seasonal and organic produce — someof each available for the first time in the Portuguese market — and a wine list complete with 500-plus references providing the best wine experience in the country.
