Recently rebuilt, each apartment is distributed by 2 different levels. The apartments "LUIS I" and "MARIA PIA" share a beautiful terrace with a great top view to Lapa and main street, and a glimpse of the sea. Enjoy all the comforts for a long or short stay in Oporto. The houses are professionally cleaned before every visit. Accommodates up to 2-4 guests. After a few steps you enter directly in a bright and spacious open space with living /dining and kitchenette area with large windows. Luis I has in upper level the bedroom, no door but totally independent as pretended. Maria Pia apartment is slightly different with an independent room in lower level with a permanent door. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could wish for including a dishwasher, wash/dry machine and coffee machine. Dining room table for 4 also available for meals cooked in. Fast Wi-fi and TV channel with several international channels. One double sized bedrooms with fresh, hotel quality linen and towels as well as soap, shower gel/shampoo and all kind of consumables for our guests.
