It can be consumed simple at room temperature or fresh, or, exploring its versatility, it can also be included in cocktails and as an ingredient in gastronomy.

Always at the forefront of entrepreneurship and contributing to the dynamism of the local economy and the enhancement of endogenous resources, the company Frutóbidos, producer of the best liqueur in the world, announced in the beginning of 2020 a new project linked to a new concept in Portugal denominated “Licoturismo”, which will be based providing visitors with experiences around the liqueur.

For now, you can visit the facilities, where is explained the entire production process of Vila das Rainhas, a Ginja de Óbidos and a series of curiosities related to it. These visits always include free liqueur tasting.

You can also opt for our suggestions that include tasting of other products produced by Frutóbidos like the sour cherry pastel de nata, cookies, biscuits, jam, gums and infusion with the stems and leaves of the sour cherry, or activities like, for example, a cocktail workshop using Vila das Rainhas® a Ginja de Óbidos as the main ingredient (contact us for conditions).
