We were born from a family of producers, with a strong connection to rural property and wine.

We grew up observing their practices and listening, with pride and attention, to the teachings that our parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents transmitted to us.

We drew inspiration from the family tradition and added our vision, which led to the creation of Herdade das Servas, in 1998.

Wine tourism has always been a key part of the project. Receiving and showing the process of creating our wines is part of our philosophy. This without ever forgetting the steps of wine tasting and gastronomic harmonisation. After a guided tour of our vineyard in the garden, cellar and ageing cellar, the last stop takes place in the tasting room.

We associate the art of making a good wine with the art of welcoming!
