In the album "Abril", Cristina Branco revisits in 16 songs the work of José Afonso, the portuguese singer and composer with the greatest prominence in intervention music. On a special tour in the year of commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April, he brings back the 2007 album dedicated to the songs of Zeca Afonso.

There will be themes such as "Menino d'Oiro", "Venham Mais Cinco", "Era um Redondo Vocábulo", "A Morte Saí à Rua" and "Índios da Meia Praia". Accompanying her will be an exceptional group of musicians: Ricardo Dias on piano, Bernardo Moreira on double bass, Alexandre Frazão on drums and Mário Delgado on electric guitar.
