Two of the most famous Portuguese pianists, Pedro Burmester and Mário Laginha, come together once again to celebrate Freedom, in the year in which the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April is celebrated. With a repertoire consisting of great songs by Portuguese musicians of excellence, such as José Mário Branco, Sérgio Godinho, José Afonso, Fausto Bordalo Dias and a new work by Luís Tinoco.

They have been playing together for more than two decades, Mário Laginha is more connected to the universe of jazz, with Pedro Burmester being a pianist with a more classical repertoire. The two ended up joining musical inclinations and began a long collaboration, which resulted in the album "Duetos", from 1994, and numerous concerts and projects.
