Events

The São Vicente Festivities take place annually, in the week before the last Sunday of August, in the picturesque village of São Vicente, located on the north coast of Madeira Island. This initiative, which is already a reference at a regional level, attracts Madeirans and visitors from all over, integrating an interesting program of cultural and social events, in addition to a lot of gastronomy and entertainment.

The program of the festivities is vast and varied, including religious activities, with the religious celebration on Sunday marked by mass and procession in honor of the Blessed Sacrament. Also noteworthy are the 4x4 Trial and concerts by regional, national and international artists.
