The São Bartolomeu Pilgrimage, in Ponte da Barca, known for the typical traditional raids that take place in the early hours of August 23, takes place between August 18 and 24. In a festive setting with arcades and vegetal decorations, the embroidery of the typical linen shirts that the ladies and girls proudly wear during the nights of the Pilgrimage stands out.

During these days, there is no shortage of entertainment, between the stages distributed throughout the historic center and also an area of taverns.
