Ovar hosts another edition of the Sponge Cake Festival, a delicious product that has been the city's trademark for many years. The meeting will take place between the 24th and 28th of July 2024 and the place scheduled for this event is the Almeida Garrett Garden.

The initiative is carried out by the Produtores do Pão de Ló de Ovar Association, which this year has as its theme our "Carnival of Ovar", another of the city's highlights and one of the most popular carnivals in the country. For five days, all roads will lead to Ovar, especially for those with a sweet tooth, who in addition to this delicacy will have a lot of entertainment and diverse cuisine.
