Events

In this bibliographic and documentary exhibition, from the private collection of António Nogueira (economist who chose Cabana Maior to establish his holiday residence), a set of books, newspapers and magazines, pamphlets, manifestos and other documents were selected.

This exhibition includes a hundred and fifty titles, which reveals the curiosity and interest in political and economic themes that, despite the Censorship, the young Economics student at the University of Porto, began to cultivate during the 1960s. Composed of several chronological moments, a copy of the 1976 Constitution occupies a more prominent showcase. And there is also a set of satirical and humorous publications that Freedom in the press has made flourish.
