The National Ballet Company, at the invitation of the Olga Cadaval Cultural Center, presents "Cantata" as part of the cycle A Música Também Dança.

With choreography by Mauro Bigonzetti, "Cantata" is a choreography full of vibrant colors, typical of southern Italy. On stage, the passionate and visceral gestures evoke a kind of Mediterranean and wild beauty, which translates into an instinctive and vigorous dance, which explores the various facets of the relationship between man and woman: seduction, passion, quarrels and jealousy. Don't miss this tribute to Italian popular culture and its musical tradition, in a ballet created from an unexpected encounter with a group of musicians from Naples and Puglia.
