Events

In the month in which the anniversary of the municipality of Amadora is celebrated, Amadora em Festa brings several initiatives to the city. The program includes music and dance shows, the Book Festival, exhibitions, urban art, sporting events, the solemn session and much more.

Highlight for the open-air concerts, with free admission, from September 13 to 15, with names such as Carlão, Rodrigo Leão, Cara de Espelho and Orquestra Sinfonietta de Lisboa with the Ricercare Choir. Music and folklore are also present in these festivities in the city of Amadora, with the 45th edition of Alentejo Day on the 7th, the 10th edition of the Folklore Festival on the 14th, the 38th Festival of Philharmonic Bands on the 15th of September and the 7th Meeting of Concertinas on the 7th of September.
