More than three decades after their debut, the group Resistência is still going strong, performing live at the Coliseums of Porto and Lisbon, to present their new EP, called "Canções da Revolução".

When it was born, the Resistance was very much in mind the spirit of the 25th of April, from the outset in the choice of its name, but also in its particular understanding of the power of songs. For this reason, in the year that marks half a century since the conquest of Freedom with the Carnation Revolution, the Resistance celebrates April again.

"Songs of the Revolution" is the title of this EP of four versions of four major classics that belong to a time, but which also freed themselves from it to reach eternity.
