Another edition of Cozinha dos Ganhões – Alentejo Gastronomy Festival will take place between November 28th and December 1st, 2024, in Estremoz.

Dedicated to the gastronomic specialties of this municipality, this is an event in which you can taste Alentejo flavors, such as traditional soups seasoned with aromatic herbs and many dishes and snacks based on pork, lamb and hunting meat. There are also several spaces for handicrafts, wines, sausages, cheeses and olive oil from Estremoz and exhibitions of folkloric ranches, Alentejo choral groups, traditional music, popular poets, concertina players and fado castiço.
