Between the months of September and October, the Alentejo region is the stage for artistic and geographical intersections, in the 3rd edition of the Futurama Festival, which asserts itself as a place of creation.

The cities of Serpa (27 and 28 September), Mértola (5 October) and Beja (11 and 12 October), open their cultural and heritage spaces to artistic experimentation and dialogues between music, literature, theater and workshops, with local, national and international artists and artistic collectives.

The bet is to cross contemporary and traditional artistic disciplines (visual arts, music, performing arts, sound art, cinema, weaving, architecture, digital art or handicrafts), in cultural, natural and heritage spaces (museums, film theaters, cultural centers), involving educational institutions and diverse audiences and communities.
