On October 24th, the Porto Ageas Coliseum presents "Povo Que Cantas Povo Que Cantas – A Poesia de Homem de Mello". This is a concert that celebrates the 120th anniversary of the birth of the eternal poet from Porto and one of the great names of Portuguese poetry Pedro Homem de Mello, author of unavoidable fados immortalized in the voice of Amália Rodrigues, such as "Povo Que Lavas no Rio", "O Rapaz da Camisola Verde", "Havemos de ir a Viana" and "Fria Claridade".

The event brings to the stage some of the best voices of fado in Portugal such as João Braga, Kátia Guerreiro, Maria Ana Bobone, Pedro Moutinho, Ricardo Ribeiro and Teresinha Landeiro. Accompanying will be musicians David Ribeiro, Diniz Lavos, Francisco Gaspar, Jaime Santos Jr. and Pedro de Castro.
