The Conhal Interpretive Centre focuses on preserving and understanding the Conhal do Arneiro archaeological site, where remains of ancient Roman gold mining have been found.
The Conhal and Mina de Ouro trails set off from here, providing views of impressive rock formations, ancient mining remains, and the natural landscape along the way.
