The Alheira de Mirandela Fair, an annual event that celebrates one of the most iconic dishes of the gastronomy of Trás-os-Montes and, more specifically, the city of Mirandela, is back between February 27th and March 2nd.

In what will be its 25th edition, the event, organized by the Municipality of Mirandela, in partnership with ACIM and Mircom, celebrates its 25 years of history. Be sure to visit this fair, where you can taste and purchase the alheira de Mirandela, a smoked sausage based on poultry meat, bread, garlic and olive oil.
