The Alentejo city of Mourão will once again host the Feast of Our Lady of Candeias between January 24th and February 3rd, 2025.

This festival, which promises to liven up the city, its inhabitants and visitors, includes a vast program, in which Our Lady of Candeias, its patron saint, is the queen, especially on February 2nd – patron saint's day and municipal holiday. Organized by the city council, parish council and parish of Mourão, this event is expected, in addition to its traditional rituals of a religious nature, also many music shows, theatre, street entertainment, the Bullfighting Festival and much more!
