The Municipality of Torre de Moncorvo promotes, between the 25th of February and the 26th of March, several activities to signal the return of the almond trees in bloom.

The blossoming of the almond trees is a remarkable time in the Douro Superior region, making Torre de Moncorvo a very appealing tourist spot. You can count on the sale of regional products, children's entertainment, workshops and musical entertainment (with David Caetano, Studio 5 and Rui Monteiro), exhibitions, market, lamb gastronomic weekend, routes, tours, municipal holiday festivities, medieval fair and much more.
