Santarém is preparing for another great party in the city, between the 19th and 23rd of March 2025. The Festas de São José are one of the biggest celebrations in the city and, every year, attract hundreds of visitors who arrive from all over the region for several days of celebration.

In addition to the more traditional activities, such as folklore, handicrafts, gastronomy, and animals – a constant presence in this festival – there is also a program full of sports activities, equestrian shows, in celebration of the local patron saint: Saint Joseph and also the arrival of spring.
