Soalheira Cheese Fair 2025 returns to Soalheira in Fundão in May. The event, which marks the national gastronomic agenda, brings unforgettable flavors and some of the best cheeses in the world to the region.

Visitors will be able to try and buy high-quality products directly from local producers, in an environment that preserves tradition and authenticity. In addition to the cheese tasting, the fair will feature a selection of regional delicacies, cultural attractions and a varied program for everyone.
