The Portuguese Industrial Tourism Network invites you to participate in the fourth edition of the nationwide initiative “Discovering Industrial Tourism”, which will take place from the 5th to 19th April 2025.

A new perspective from which to discover Portugal, the initiative revolves around authentic, original experiences in active industrial sites and areas of industrial heritage that showcase the unique identity of each region.

Exploring the craftsmanship of Portugal’s signature products serves as the inspiration for various activities, providing each visitor with memorable experiences across the country, from north to south.

Visiting operational factories and museum exhibits, understanding manufacturing processes, observing machinery in action, and experiencing final products are examples of unique activities made available through the initiative to participants of all ages.

Learning about history narrated through the lens of industry is a unique way to value the identity of Portugal’s many regions and communities.
