FITEI - International Festival of Theatre of Iberian Expression - is back, this year in its 48th edition, taking place in Porto, Matosinhos, Vila Nova de Gaia, Viana do Castelo and Monção.

With the theme "Spectres, Eros and Sacrifice", this edition will feature 16 shows, 10 national and 6 international, 6 national premieres and 4 absolute premieres, many of them the result of FITEI co-productions and artistic residencies in a FITEI context. The sections "This is not a FITEI school", "Open FITEI", "FITEI Artistic Residencies", "FITEI and the schools of Porto" and "FITEI PRO" will continue, resulting in a variety of parallel activities.
