The Antonine Festivities of Vila Nova de Famalicão are held annually in June in honor of Saint Anthony, the city's patron saint and matchmaker.

In 2025, the festivities will take place between June 6 and 13, bringing thousands of tourists to the city who want to experience the deepest popular traditions, discovering and rediscovering ancestral customs, feelings and flavors. The popular marches are one of the highlights of these festivities, as are the dances and popular festivals. This year's musical line-up includes Mariza, Slow J and Nuno Ribeiro.
