The Kooks are embarking on a European tour with their latest album, "Never/Know".

After an 18-year career, The Kooks decided that the only way forward was to renew the band. In revisiting their history, only the foundations and core of the project remained. After this analysis of who they are and what they want to do, the solution found was to return to the spirit of the debut album in terms of energy and atmosphere. During the creation of the seventh album, Luke Pritchard kept the process secret, making the musicians believe that they were only recording demos. This captured the band in a state of "total and utter relaxation", as Harris describes it, with room for experimentation, fun and a touch of disorder.
